Momodou Bojang has revealed he had offers from Portugal, Sweden and the MLS before making the switch to Hibs this summer.
Lee Johnson swooped to snap up the striker on a season-long loan agreement from Rainbow FC. The deal for the pacey forward includes an option to buy. The Easter Road hitman has opened up on the decision to move to the capital, admitting he hadn't heard of his new club but after seeing the facilities on offer his decision was made.
The 21-year-old says the playing style and project presented to him by Johnson played a huge part in his decision to reject offers elsewhere to make his mark in Scotland. He made his debut from the bench in the 4-1 Premier Sports Cup win over Bonnyrigg Rose and was very close to marking his debut with a first goal.

Speaking to Edinburgh Evening News, he said: “I had other offers, one from Portugal, one from MLS, and another from Sweden.
"I hadn’t heard of Hibs but when my agent told me they were interested, and I saw the facilities, I was desperate to come here.
“I knew that if I went to Hibs it would be easy for me to express myself, so that’s what I chose to come here. It’s a good league too, but as soon as my agent mentioned Hibs I was interested in coming.
"It’s quite different with the tempo from Africa and here but I spoke to the manager about the project for the team and the playing style he has, and that’s why I decided to come here.”
On his debut, he added: "I came very close to scoring but I was unlucky but I was just happy to play and make my debut.
“I feel happy after making my debut, it was not easy but it was good to play.
“It was difficult waiting for all the documents to come through, it was very hard to get them but it’s all done now.
“I was doing some training in Gambia in the morning and afternoon just to keep fit, by myself, which was difficult.”
