The White Lotus star Aubrey Plaza was seen to be visibly annoyed after the ensemble cast won at the 2023 Screen Actors’ Guild (SAG) Awards this weekend.
The actress, 38, was spotted in a now-viral moment appearing to lose her cool as the cast of season two went onstage to collect their award at the ceremony, held in Los Angeles.
As actor F. Murray Abraham gave a speech on behalf of the actors, Plaza looked agitated while stood in the background, and was seen mouthing the words “Jesus Christ”.
Fans have been left wondering what exactly unsettled Plaza at the awards show, as reports have attempted to clear the matter up.

According to Daily Mail, Plaza’s co-star Jon Gries had whispered to her something about her outfit onstage, before the actress was seen readjusting her dress afterwards, following their win.
A source said: “First, she was told that her boob was hanging out which would cause any woman to be uncomfortable.”
Elsewhere in his acceptance speech, Abraham shared a prayer for the victims of the Syria and Turkey earthquake, as well as a prayer for peace to Ukraine and Russia.
Plaza continued to appear weary at this point and was seen uttering silently: “Jesus Christ.”
An insider continued to explain that the actress had nearly been elbowed in the face, which led to her reaction and words caught on camera.
The added: “Aubrey is extremely expressive, and she is also very sarcastic. She is very proud of her work on White Lotus.”
Earlier at the SAG Awards, Plaza proved to be a hit with the audience as she appeared with Jenny Ortega to present an award.
The pair had the crowd in fits of laughter as they acknowledged their similar moody demeanours.
“I don’t know why they paired us up together,” Plaza said.
Wednesday star Ortega, 20, added with a deadpan expression: “Yeah, I know, we have nothing in common.”
