This is the moment rain poured through the ceiling at B&M as heavy downpours battered Greater Manchester.
Footage showed a deluge of water streaming into the store on Kingsway in Burnage last night. The rain fell directly over the tills as shocked customers watched on.
Similar scenes were also captured inside Costco in Trafford Park on Monday evening amid the torrential downpours. Footage showed rain pouring through the roof as shoppers tried to dodge the water.

Elsewhere across the region, a large tree also fell through a house in Eccles, planes were unable to land at Manchester Airport and thousands of Manchester City fans were left drenched during the Treble parade. The heavy rainfall, that caused numerous roads in Salford and Altrincham areas to badly flood with drivers seen wading through the water, also resulted in train delays across the region, with Manchester Piccadilly descending into scenes of 'chaos'.
In Urmston, one man was even seen sailing down Bent Lanes in a small kayak, beside the Manchester Ship Canal, after the residential road became flooded with water seen climbing up people's front gates.
Today is set to be much brighter though, with sunshine forecast for the majority of the day. Temperatures will reach highs of 29C this afternoon.
Both B&M and Costco have been approached for a comment.
