Molly McCann cracks Everton joke and starts x-rated chant after UFC London knockout

After a stunning knockout Molly McCann had time for a jokey dig at her beloved Everton at UFC London.

The 32-year-year-old impressed once again at the latest UFC event on home soil as she knocked American Hannah Goldy out with a stunning spinning elbow in the first round, just like she did in her last fight against Luana Carolina in March.

Interviewed by Michael Bisping - the first-ever English UFC champion - after her fight, McCann was quick to pay tribute to the crowd who had come to the O2 Arena in London on what was another monumental night for British Mixed Martial Arts.

"I don't know, guys have a listen, I don't know if I've ever seen this in combat sports in the UK - getting behind a female athlete," said a euphoric McCann.

"You are working-class, every single one of youse came for me. I appreciate you.

"It's those walk-outs, it's that energy that you bring, which gets you finishes. To see everyone else on this card who didn't want it as much, they let you down. I will not let you down...I'm not Everton Football Club!"

But Molly went on to add: "Liverpool, that was for you, 'Up the f****** Toffees!"

Though the Scouser wasn't done there as she grabbed the microphone from Bisping before initiating the crowd to make their feelings towards the Conservative government clear as she orchestrated a "f**** the Tories" chant, which received loud cheers from many of those packed inside the arena.
