Molly-Mae's sister's warning not to 'rush' having kids as star announces pregnancy

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are expecting their first baby together, just months after the Instagram influencer opened up about their family plans in her memoir.

The Love Island couple, both 23, took to Instagram this afternoon [September 25] to announce their happy news to their millions of followers with a sweet video - using footage from their time in the iconic Spanish villa three years ago before revealing Molly-Mae's growing baby bump.

Celebrities such as fellow Love Island star Georgia Steel and new mum Lottie Tomlinson quickly commented on the pair's announcement and congratulated the parents-to-be on their joyous news - with Molly-Mae's sister Zoe also writing: " Love all 3 of you so much. You’re going to be incredible parents."

Writing in her bestselling book earlier this year, Molly-Mae revealed how she and Tommy were ready to become parents and discussed the possibility of having a baby 'every single day', but her sister was keen for her wait a little longer - advising her sibling not to 'rush' into family life.

In Becoming Molly-Mae - released in June this year - Molly-Mae made it clear her boxer beau Tommy is The One - writing that the thought of him being the father of her children one day makes her "so beyond excited" and gushing over the prospect of giving birth to his baby one day.

The PrettyLittleThing Creative Director revealed how she and her boyfriend of three-years "can't wait to get engaged" and talk about getting married "literally every day", but the star's big sister Zoe would prefer her sibling "not to rush" into family life and settling down.

In her cameo in Molly-Mae's bestselling book, Zoe revealed her hopes for her sister over the next few years, writing: "Molly has a very exciting future ahead of her. I can tell this is only the start.

"She and Fran [Molly-Mae's manager], working together, will have some great ideas planned.

"I know Molly is excited to have a family with Tommy one day, although I always tell her not to rush!"

The doting sister went on to say how excited she is to be part of Molly-Mae's future and expressed her pride at her sibling's achievements since Molly-Mae first rose to fame appearing on Love Island in 2019.

In her memoir, Molly-Mae admitted she and Tommy wanted "to have a baby soon", but were happy with their family of cuddly toys for the time being.

"We share goals for the future, too; we both want kids relatively soon and that is really because when you're with someone and it feels so right, the next stage you see is having kids with them," the star wrote.

She goes on to add: "Still, there's no rush! For the time being, we're happy with the children we do have... all 17 of them! We call them our children, but really, they're our collection of cuddly toys; stuffed giraffes, turtles and more."

Molly-Mae and Tommy took to their respective Instagram accounts this afternoon to share the same video revealing the blonde influencer was pregnant with their first child, captioning the sweet clip: "I can’t wait for the adventures that we haven’t even dreamed of yet."
