Molly-Mae responds to lip filler rumours asking 'what kind of mother do you think I am'

Molly-Mae Hague has strongly denied her fans’ allegations that she’s had lip fillers added while pregnant.

The former Love Island star, 23, hit back at her fans, saying “What kind of mother do you think I am?” in a new YouTube vlog. Taking to the video sharing website, Molly-Mae addressed the rumours, saying: “I've been having so many questions recently about my lips.

“People asking whether I've been having lip filler again, which has really been making me laugh. Guys do you really think while being pregnant I would get lip filler? Like, what kind of a mother do you think I am?”

Molly-Mae has been open about getting fillers in the past, which she recently had dissolved.

After coming out of Love Island, she got a “full package” of filler treatments done for £500, including on her cheeks, jaw and lips. She admitted she had become so accustomed to having various cosmetic procedures done that she didn’t recognise herself by the time she reached the age of 21.

While on The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett podcast, Molly-Mae opened up about the moment she decided to make the change. She said: “There was this one pivotal moment where I'd gone and got loads of filler and I posted a YouTube video and I hadn't let the filler settle and it was really swollen and a screenshot from that video, it trended on Twitter for weeks.

'It was horrendous. It was utterly horrendous. My face was literally like, it was just awful. That was the moment for me as well where I was like, I think things need to change.”

Shortly after, Molly-Mae had her lip and jaw filler dissolved, followed by her composite bonding veneers removed. Of getting her fillers removed, she said she feels more comfortable in her skin and feels like she has dropped five years off her age.

Admitting that having fillers made her feel worse, she said: “I literally took it to the extreme and I just stripped myself back and weirdly, I felt the prettiest I'd ever felt, once it had all gone.”

Molly and her partner, Tommy Fury, are expecting their first child. The baby is hinted to be due in January/early February, with Molly now in her third trimester of pregnancy. The couple revealed the happy news in September, with Molly recently enjoying a lavish baby shower.
