Molly-Mae Hague spills on Tommy Fury's burger obsession and fear of watching him fight

Molly-Mae Hague has revealed that her boxing beau Tommy Fury will celebrate winning his latest fight by eating a mountain of burgers as the pair fly off for a holiday in America.

The social-media influencer watched her fellow 2019 Love Island runner-up win his eighth professional contest against Daniel Bocianski on the undercard of his older half-brother Tyson Fury's successful world-title defence at Wembley Stadium against Dillian White.

Molly-Mae then announced that the couple would be crossing the Atlantic where Tommy is looking forward to dining out on his victory - with a great deal of relish.

On his love of burgers, the 22-year-old creative director of fast-fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing told BT Sport: "We're going away for a holiday to America for his birthday (Tommy will turn 23 on May 7). We are looking forward to that.

"He's give me a list of all the places he wants to eat at. He's very excited to eat.

"His favourite things are burgers. There will be burgers everywhere literally."

Fury, known as TNT in the ring, put his Polish opponent on the canvas in the sixth round of their bout, but had to settle for a points victory as the fight went the full distance.

Despite having a ringside seat, Molly-Mae also revealed that she does not look at Tommy when he is boxing but prefers to watch his contests on the big screen.

"I don't actually watch him - I watch the screen," she confessed. "That's my way of dealing with it.

"To watch him in the flesh, it feels much harder. I watch him on the screen and that relieves a little bit of the stress, but I have got nail marks on my arm where they have been digging in.

"It's just horrible. I would not wish it on my worst enemy honestly.

"The fear of watching your person in the ring is not nice. It really isn't."

Molly-Mae and Tommy lost to Ireland rugby player Greg O'Shea and Amber Gill in the 2019 final of Love Island but, while the winners failed to last the distance, splitting up soon after the show, the runners-up now live together in Cheshire.

Expressing how happy she feels that the couple will now be able to spend more time together following the tough training regime Tommy has been following since February.

Molly-Mae added: "I'm so proud and so relieved and I know he will be too.

"He's waited so long for that moment and, now we have got that win, we can be a couple again because I feel like I have not seen him for two months, so it will be nice."
