Molly-Mae Hague shares Tommy Fury relationship update after Dubai break

Molly-Mae Hague has spoken out about her relationship with Tommy Fury after their recent trip to Dubai.

The 25-year-old influencer and the boxer, also 25, surprised fans last year with news of their split.

Since then, they've been spotted together multiple times but haven’t officially confirmed a reconciliation, but speculation grew when both were spotted in Manchester airport together.

They then shared separate photos from Dubai, where they spent time with their daughter, Bambi.

Now back in Manchester, Hague has addressed the rumours, telling fans that she and Tommy are “figuring things out” following their broken engagement.

Speaking in her YouTube vlog on Tuesday, she began: “I don’t want you guys to think I’m not being honest about who went on the holiday to Dubai.”

“I did do a big talking section about Dubai and the fact that we were going with Tommy, but I didn’t put it in the last vlog because I was scared. I didn’t want the anxiety of it when we were going away.

She confirmed: “I’ve seen things saying, ‘They aren’t talking about their relationship because they’re saving it for the last episode of the documentary where they are going to do a collab post and come out saying that they’re back together.’ That’s not the cast at all.

“The only reason I have spoken about it is because I’m not ready to. I don’t know how I want to talk about it. Or if I ever do.”

The Maebe founder went on to say that the trio had a “really amazing time” but are trying to figure out their relationship in private.

She explained: “Right now we’re just keeping it private. As private as we can. But also it’s not really private at all.

“When you have a relationship in the public eye, trying to rebuild that relationship or work on that relationship or see if you have something worth saving…

“You can’t figure things out the way a normal relationship would. You can’t do the normal things a couple trying to work on their relationship normally do.”

Right now, she concluded: “We’re just figuring things out. We’re just seeing how it goes.”

The pair, who met on the hit ITV dating show Love Island, announced they had split in separate social media messages in August, which led fans to speculate on the reasons for their separation.

In her first interview since the break-up, Hague told British Vogue she “didn’t want what happened to happen” but she still has “a lot of love and respect” for the professional boxer.

The influencer said: “It was a bit of a shock, the circumstances… I didn’t want what happened to happen.”

She added that she wanted to get married to Tommy “100%” and that “would never have changed”.

Hague and Fury, who were the runners-up on Love Island season five in 2019, got engaged in July 2023.

The pair welcomed their daughter Bambi in January 2023.

She said in the immediate aftermath of the break-up, there was a point where she thought “I don’t really know how I’m going to get through this”.

In January - after the pair were spotted sharing a New Year’s kiss - Molly told a press conference for her series Molly-Mae Hague: Behind It All that they were “navigating a really complicated time”.
