Molly-Mae Hague seen packing Louis Vuitton case for hospital after ditching North West to give birth

Molly-Mae Hague was seen getting emotional as she packed her bags for the hospital after deciding not to give birth in the North West. The former Love Island star has kept a low profile on social media in the last week but has uploaded a new vlog to her YouTube channel.

In it, the mum-to-be could be seen packing her hospital bags - including a Louis Vuitton suitcase thought to be worth more than £2,000 - ahead of her daughter's arrival. But before sharing the contents within, Molly-Mae explained why she was packing 'so much'.

She shared how she has ditched Cheshire, where she lives with her boyfriend Tommy, to give birth in London. "I made the decision to bring a suitcase.," she said. "I know I'm going to get so many comments like what on earth are you doing, you're packing too much, but I'm giving birth in London.

"I haven't spoken about this yet but I'm having baby girl in London. I'm hoping it will make sense as to why it may look like I'm packing excessively. We decided to have our birth there for privacy reasons and to try and make us feel the most comfortable and secure. The main reason is for privacy."

But as she got stuck into what she was packing for herself and her baby girl, Molly-Mae shared a very sentimental item that would be making the trip down south with her and dad-to-be Tommy - Ellie Belly. Fans of the pair will know that the stuffed elephant toy from her season five stint on Love Island, where she met and fell in love with her beau.

And while it was going on the life-changing journey, Molly-Mae said the toy was too “dirty” to be passed on to her daughter so she ended up going on a bit of a mission. She revealed how she'd managed to track down and purchase a lookalike plush toy for her little girl so that they could both have matching childhood teddies.

Elsewhere in the video, while clinging on to her Louis Vuitton toiletries bag, Molly-Mae said: "I have packed toiletries like I am going on a nice holiday, like I'm going on a nice jolly up, but I'm kind of viewing it as that because this is going to be the best trip I ever take."

She added: "If you've been following me through my pregnancy you will know that toiletries and self-care has been the most important and hugest part of my pregnancy journey for me, so I wasn't going to slack when it came to packing for that side of things. Like, the shower that I take after I give birth to baby girl will be the most important and best and incredible shower that I ever take, so I want it to feel like home,' she adds.

As she reached for another bag filled with her must-have shower items, she added: "When we return home from this trip, we are returning with a little baby. So this is going to be the best trip of a lifetime."

And as she continued to go through her items, Molly-Mae made a bit of a surprising admission. "I've packed a lot of nipple pads, I don't know how many I'm going to need," she said. "This is my first rodeo, guys, I don't know how much I'm going to be leaking... if the current situation is anything to go by now, I'm not going to be leaking at all!

"I have not leaked a single droplet of milk. I'm going to tell you something horrendously weird and disgusting, I actually - I don't know if this is too x-rated for the internet... oh screw it, I'm just going to say it. I tried to put my own nipple in my mouth. My boobs are actually that big that it's possible."

Laughing, the 23-year-old added: "I actually tried to breastfeed off myself!" She also gave fans a look inside another of her bags, a £915 Nice BB Toiletry Bag, which was dedicated to her electrical goods, including AirPod Max headphones and a diffuser featured. And with the labour ahead, Molly-Mae also shared how she had started to put a snack pouch together to help get her through giving birth.

As she searched through a clear resealable bag, the Pretty Little Thing creative director pulled out a selection of sweet treats including some Belvita breakfast biscuits, a packet of chocolate hobnobs. Cadbury chocolate buttons, fizzy laces and strawberry pencils. "As you can see I’ve really thought about the nutritious value in a lot of these snacks," she joked.
