Molly-Mae Hague claimed she was a 'terrible girlfriend' after failing to keep her word to her boyfriend Tommy Fury as she shared her late pregnancy struggle. The former Love Island star, who announced she was pregnant back in September, is now nearing the arrival of her first child with her boxer beau.
The couple, who met on the ITV2 dating show in 2019, are expecting a baby girl. But it appears Molly-Mae is facing some struggles as she nears the end of her pregnancy, which she has been documenting with her millions of Instagram followers and YouTube subscribers since she revealed the exciting news.
Taking to Instagram on Monday evening (January 2), Molly-Mae filmed herself talking to the camera as she sat on the sofa of her plush home. "Do excuse the state of me," the 23-year-old began. "We just went swimming before. I'm trying to stay active, it's not really going very well, but guys, I feel like such a terrible girlfriend right now."

The mum-to-be then went on to explain to her 6.8 million followers. "Tommy went for a nap two and a half hours ago, and he said to me 'please wake me up after 15 minutes, like 15 minutes tops I only want to be asleep for," she said. "The reason it’s been two-and-a-half hours and I've still not woken him is because I can't walk up the stairs. I can't do it," the influencer confessed.
"Thinking of the stairs right now is like thinking about Mount Everest in my head. Like, it is an impossible task. A switch has flipped in this pregnancy where normal day-to-day jobs... they are just impossible tasks now, and I really didn't expect that to happen."
She then added: "And yeah.... sorry Tommy when you see this. You've literally been asleep nearly three hours now." After sharing a picture of her stairs, alongside dramatic music and the caption: "Was nice knowing you all," it appears she was able to wake her man from his slumber.
Molly-Mae then recorded the 23-year-old emerging from upstairs in a sleep-induced dazed as she laughed from behind the camera. "We all know that feeling," she typed alongside the clip with a string of crying laughing emojis.
But it appears all was forgiven as she later shared a picture of her laying in bed with her hand on her blossoming baby bump over Tommy's as he lovingly felt for movement from their unborn daughter.
Just before the New Year Molly-Mae beamed a big smile as she posed in a figure-hugging black dress and cropped grey jacket as she cradled her bump. "Not long now little girl," she wrote alongside the snap shared on her Instagram. Mum-to-be Molly-Mae looked stunning as she posed with her blonde tresses cascading over her shoulders.
She then returned to her social media platform after the world rang in 2023. Posing in the hallway of her stunning home, Molly-Mae showed off her bump in a figure-hugging, floor-length black dress which she wore with a cropped blazer. Tommy also joined in with the mirror selfie as he girlfriend wrote: "Acting like we weren’t back home for 9pm. Hope you all had the best NYE!"
Last week, PrettyLittleThing creative director Molly-Mae confirmed that her baby daughter's arrival was close after announcing back in September that she was expecting and revealing a short time later that they are expecting a baby girl. In a TikTok video Molly-Mae could be seen raising her top and stroking her bump as she posed in the mirror. She mimed to US reality star Kylie Jenner saying: "So I'm 34 weeks today... only about a month left."
