Molly-Mae Hague says she and boyfriend Tommy Fury are ‘meant to be parents’

Molly-Mae Hague says she and Tommy Fury are excited to have babies and are ‘meant to be parents’.

The 22-year-old former Love Island star met boxer Tommy on the 2019 series of the ITV2 dating show, and while the couple finished as runners-up in the final, their relationship has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Molly and Tommy are constantly asked about their plans for the future, and in a Q&A on her YouTube channel, the PrettyLittleThing creative director addressed the rumours.

Answering questions that were submitted by her followers on her Instagram Stories, she said hundreds of fans had asked if she and Tommy were planning on starting a family anytime soon.

“Obviously, as always, lots of babies and marriage questions which I feel like I address in every Q&A,” she said.

“It’s something I don’t mind talking about, because it’s something that excites me so, so much.”

Pointing out one question in particular that caught her eye, Molly said: “This question says, ‘you’re still very young, does it annoy you that the world wants you to get married and have babies?’”

“Short answer? No, it really doesn’t. I totally understand why people talk about Tommy and I getting married and having babies - it’s a really exciting subject.

“I’m so excited for it myself. So excited to have babies. And all the other stuff that comes for me and Tommy in the future. I just cannot wait,” Molly beamed.

“I love my life so much with him now and our relationship, that the thought of it getting even better, and having a miniature human that is half of him and half of me… like, what the hell?” she laughed.

Molly said she and Tommy, 22, are “ready for that chapter”, but she has to keep reminding herself that they shouldn’t be having babies just yet.

“I keep having to tell myself, ‘no, no, no, not yet’. I know that life is going to change so, so much when that happens, when we do eventually have children… we talk about it everyday,” the social media influencer explained.

“And I feel weirdly, like him and I together, we’re just meant to be parents. It’s weird. I already see him as that figure. I can’t explain it. But it’s something I could literally cry about with excitement when I think about it,” Molly sweetly added.

She teased the possibility of an “engagement and marriage and stuff” in the future, and told her viewers she was “so happy, and lucky, and blessed.”
