Molly-Mae Hague mocked over geography blunder on jumper from her new collection

Molly-Mae Hague has failed to pick up on an apparent location blunder in her latest clothing collection leaving her at the mercy of mocking from followers.

The CEO of Pretty Little Things was sharing a selection of her clothing line in a Insta video when a huge geographical mistake was spotted in one of her jumpers.

The gaffe was shown after the influencer commented on a pair of pale blue mom jeans before moving on to a grey 'sweater' which was emblazoned with the words Montreal, 1986, USA, saying it would be perfect for a day time date as she showed of her Valentine's weekend wardrobe.

The blunder of course is due to Montreal best known for being in Canada, however there is a very small city in Winconsin, USA, called Montreal with a population of around 800, which Pretty Little Thing has confirmed Molly was referring to.

A rep for the brand told The Sun: “There is actually a Montreal in the USA, it’s a City in Wisconsin.”

But the reality star has failed to be drawn into the logo mishap and instead shared another shot of her wearing a nude faux leather trouser and top outfit.

Sharing on Insta she posted: "Occasionally I don’t wear joggers… (also my double jointed arm is showing me up)"

But followers wouldn't leave things be as they failed buy into the brand's response as they continued to poke fun online to the gaffe.

One person cheekily writing: “She didn't use her 24 hours in her high school days for geography.”

Another person commented: “I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that it had something to do with the Olympics. The 1976 summer Olympics were held in Montreal, and the USA competed. That’s the best I’ve got.”

While someone else also couldn’t resist referencing her now infamous 24 hours in a day comment, saying: “Guess she's not putting even a few of those 24 hours towards quality control.”

During Diary of a CEO podcast last year, Molly was called out for saying she "worked my absolute a**e off to get where I am now" and "everyone has the same 24 hours".

The former Love Island star signed a whopping seven figure deal last year when she was named creative director of the clothing company Pretty Little Thing.
