Molly-Mae Hague goes make-up free as she has a porridge pit-stop in grey joggers

There was nothing keeping Molly-Mae Hague from her porridge as she went make-up free in grey loungewear this morning.

The reality TV star went for a laid-back look as she grabbed some breakfast on the go in Manchester.

She needed a fist-full of napkins as she made the pit-stop with a pal.

Dressed in joggers and a jumper, she added an oversized black leather jacket with a pair of white Converse. The 22-year-old Love Island favourite was fresh-faced as she fuelled-up for a long day ahead.

She stopped for her warm brekkie at a Tesco store and with a spoon on show, she wasn't planning to wait until she got back inside to eat it.

Molly-Mae came in for some stick this week for announcing her life story would soon be available to read.

She promises to 'unravel herself completely' in her new autobiography - and took some jabs online because of her age.

The beauty announced she will be sharing her story of finding fame in a new memoir just weeks after being slammed for her "tone deaf" comments that we "all have the same 24 hours in a day".

She took to Instagram on Thursday and confirmed the book, priced at £20, is called 'Becoming Molly-Mae: My Story'.

In a video message, Molly-Mae said said: "I have been keeping a huge project, a little secret, from you guys for well over a year now...and today is finally the day that I can finally speak about what it is...

"I can't believe I am about to show this to you guys...so I have written my very own book. This is Becoming Molly-Mae, my first ever book.'

"And it is literally, this is my baby, we have honestly put so many months of work into this book you have no idea and it's been such a journey and such an adventure, venturing into this whole new world of writing a book, it is something that I have always, always wanted to do.

"It has been a massive dream of mine. You guys obviously know that I am a massive over sharer but in this book I share oversharing to a whole new extreme.

"I have spoken about things in this book that I have have only told close family members and friends. You really do get the full BTS the whole behind the scenes up until this very point."

Publisher Penguin offers insight into forthcoming release saying Molly ''unravels herself completely for the first time'' and tell the story of her body image, battling self-doubt and building a happy life.

In a statement, the publisher says: "Along the way she shares the moments, relationships and life lessons that have made her who she is.

"From the energetic child who loved Irish dancing and pageants, to the teenager holding down a job at Boots whilst building her dreams at fashion school, to the influencer and businesswoman who found her match on Love Island and had to learn how to cope with fame."
