Molly-Mae Hague breaks silence after Queen's death as she says it felt 'completely right' to not post

Molly-Mae Hague has returned from a short break on social media following Queen Elizabeth II's death last Thursday (September 8). The influencer and creative director of PrettyLittleThing decided to stop posting on her platforms amidst the sad news of the Queen's passing.

The 23-year-old made a comeback on her Instagram today (September 13) as she addressed the 'sad few days' it has been for the nation. The former Love Island contestant, who met and fell in love with her boxer boyfriend Tommy Fury on the ITV2 dating show, asked her 6.4 million followers how they were all feeling after the loss of Her Majesty the Queen.

Taking to her Instagram story sporting a pair of short pyjamas from her own brand Filter By Molly-Mae, the CEO wrote: "What a sad few days it's been for our country. It felt completely right to not post for a while... How are you all feeling?".

The influencer then went on to give her fans an update about her luxury mansion that her and partner Tommy are currently renovating.

After a three-year search for their dream home, the pair finally found their perfect pad which they bought earlier this year.

Molly-Mae often shares home updates on her dedicated Instagram account @mollymaison which has now amassed 1.1 million followers.

In her latest update, the social media star revealed that builders had installed a 'make shift' lift in her elegant hallway in order to get her lavish bath upstairs. The influencer shared a sneak peak of her sleek white oval bathtub with the caption "time to get this baby upstairs."

Molly-Mae then filmed as the workmen lifted her bath up onto the next floor, which she posted alongside emojis with hands over the eyes.

Elsewhere in her home, the former Islander then shared that her plush cream carpet had been fitted upstairs and wall lights had been installed in her home office.

Last month Molly-Mae unveiled the huge dream walk-in wardrobe that had been built in her and Tommy's home, with a rail just for her collection of sports bras.

The star shared photos on her Instagram with fans as she showed off her 'dream' wardrobe after going through teething problems earlier on in renovations.

"AGHHHHHH!!!!!! and my wardrobe is basically finished. I can't even explain how in love with it I am. Going to film a tour and have it up hopefully this weekend," she gushed.

She continued: "No because it's my dream I feel so lucky. I can't even explain how in love with it I am. Going to film a tour and have it up hopefully this weekend."

Molly-Mae also gave followers a glimpse of a guest room in development saying: "Guest room one is now in development. No longer a wardrobe."
