Celtic target Mohammad Abu Fani will be allowed to leave Maccabi Haifa for the right price.
Record Sport revealed last week Ange Postecoglou was among a quartet of managers with the 24-year-old midfielder on their radar.
Eintracht Frankfurt, Standard Liege and Royal Antwerp are all keeping tabs on Fani.
He made his international debut against Scotland two years ago and has gone on to become an influential player for Maccabi, who stormed to the Israeli title this season.
But while he still has three years remaining on his current deal, his club have admitted they will sell if their valuation, understood to be around £800,000, is met.
A Maccabi Haifa spokesman said: "We have not received an official offer from Mohammad from anyone.
"If there is a suitable offer for him, we would be happy for him to move on and he will be released."
Celtic have successfully raided the Israeli market plenty of times over the past decade with the likes of Nir Bitton, Liel Abada, and Hatem Abd Elhamed all being signed by the Hoops.
