Mohamed Salah admits Liverpool are going through a "tough situation" at present - but is convinced they can turn the corner if they remain "calm".
The Reds entertain Chelsea in Saturday's lunchtime Premier League match having fallen 10 points adrift of the Champions League qualification places, albeit with a game in hand.
Jurgen Klopp's side avoided going four games without a win for the first time since October 2018 when they won 1-0 at Wolverhampton Wanderers in their FA Cup third round replay on Tuesday evening.

And Salah, who was one of eight players dropped from an experimental starting line-up before being introduced from the bench in the final quarter, has revealed the impact the hard-earned victory has had on the squad.
Speaking after being voted the club's player of the month for December, he said: "It's always good to win it (the award), but the last couple of weeks we all know we should do better and hopefully the results will be better in the next few games.
"The players were so excited after the game (at Wolves). We have a really good group, the players all around try to stick together and just lift each other. I think we have that good vibe in the dressing room - hopefully that will help us in the next games.
"We need to play our football and enjoy the game like we could before, and the results will come."
Harvey Elliott scored the winner at Wolves while another teenager, Stefan Bajcetic, was a standout in defensive midfield on only his third career start. And Salah believes he and Liverpool's other senior players can help the youngsters through what he accepts is not an easy period.
"As I said before, we have a really good group," he said to liverpoolfc.com. "I've been in three or four teams - I know what's different between here and the other teams. We have an unbelievable group.
"We always try to help the young players, and the experienced ones always try to stay calm in the situation and just advise the young (players) to stay calm. It's hard, it's a tough situation, but I think we're going to go through that and make it better."
