Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has urged Egypt to "not start making dreams" of the Africa Cup of Nations final after reaching the last four of the competition.
Salah scored the equaliser and assisted the winner for Trezeguet as the Pharaohs came from behind to beat Morocco 2-1 in the quarter-finals on Sunday.
Egypt now face hosts Cameroon in the semi-final on Thursday with the 29-year-old still on collision course with Liverpool team-mate Sadio Mane in the final on Sunday with Senegal taking on Burkina Faso in the other last-four clash 24 hours earlier.
But Salah has warned Egypt cannot allow their minds to drift towards the possibility of clinching an eighth AFCON title.

"We must keep our feet on the ground because we cannot think too far ahead yet," said the forward.
"We have to prepare for the big match against Cameroon and not start making dreams about the final before the semi-final.
"I think we played a good game against a very good Moroccan team. My team-mates do what is necessary in each game and give everything to go as far as possible.
"Playing two games in a row with extra-time is not easy (Egypt beat Ivory Coast on penalties in the round of 16 last Wednesday) , but I can tell you that we are well and we are having a very good tournament."
Even if Salah and Mane are eliminated from the AFCON this midweek, it is unlikely they will be considered for Liverpool's next game, the FA Cup fourth round clash at home to Championship side Cardiff City on Sunday.
The duo, though, are set to be in contention for the resumption of the Premier League when Leicester City visit on Thursday week.
