Mohamed Salah has thanked football fans from around the world after the Egyptian collected yet another personal award this week.
The Liverpool marksman has been in Dubai for the Global Soccer Awards and he did not leave empty-handed after he was declared the TikTok Fans' Player of the Year for the 2021-22 season.
The 30-year-old held off competition from the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland, Lionel Messi and Karin Benzema to claim the award, which was voted for by over a million people across the globe.

Salah took to Twitter to share his appreciation for winning the award. He Tweeted: "It was great to be in Dubai again for this special night. Thank you to everyone who voted for me."
Dubai is a destination renowned for not doing things by half and that was certainly the case when it came to recognising Salah's achievement. A huge image of the Liverpool star was projected onto the side of the world's tallest building - the Burj Khalifa - to mark the occasion.
With Egypt missing out on qualification for the World Cup in Qatar, Salah will be part of the Liverpool squad that will play in the Dubai Super Cup next month, as Jurgen Klopp looks to prepare the players he has available for the second half of Liverpool's season.
The Reds will play two matches in the Arab state, against French side Lyon on Sunday December 11, before going head-to-head with Serie A champions AC Milan on Friday, December 16.
Salah has 14 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions so far this season for the Reds.
