Mohamed Salah has helped guide Egypt to the last 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations after a 1-0 victory over Sudan this evening.
Though unable to get on the scoresheet during tonight's triumph, Salah's team-mate Mohamed Abdelmonem's goal secured second place for the Pharaohs.
Egypt will now face the winner of Group E in the next stage of the competition - with Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Sierra Leone and Algeria all battling it out for progression.

Like Salah, Liverpool duo Naby Keita and Sadio Mane have also qualified for the knockout phase of the tournament after Guinea and Senegal advanced as the top two in Group B.
Keita, in particular, has impressed the most out of the Reds' trio so far at AFCON.
The former RB Leipzig midfielder was named Man of the Match in his first two group stage appearances, before scoring a stunning goal in a 2-1 defeat against Zimbabwe.
Mane and Salah have each scored one goal in three outings and will be hoping to add to improve their output in the final third of the pitch during the coming rounds.
The final of this year's tournament will take place on February 6.
