Model and influencer Jeff Thomas has passed away in a suspected suicide, it has been reported.
It has been said that the 35-year-old's body was discovered at a Miami apartment last Wednesday and the cause of his death is currently unknown and investigators have said an autopsy is being carried out, writes The Mirror.
Sources have told TMZ the star fell from an apartment balcony.
The actor and model was from Miami but was on the books of London-based agency AMCK models.
He had been known for a number of commercial shoots and runway events, while he seemed to specialise in modelling underwear brands.
Jeff had collated a large social media following, with over 120,000 fans on Instagram. He was also the founder and director of the consulting agency One Popsicle.
And following the sad news of his death, fans and friends left tributes on social media, with many commenting on his last Instagram post, which was posted just six days ago.
Vice president of Men's Design, Kris Haigh, wrote: "I met you many years ago in NY. You never failed to bring an upbeat energy every time I saw you.
"We never know what people are really going through. I will use this as a reminder to ask people how they are more even when they seem happy on the outside. RIP Jeff."
Another friend posted: "Absolutely heartbroken. Miss you already."
And another wrote: "My sweet Jeff. We were just making plans, you were just making jokes, we were just daydreaming about Europe together. It’s so hard to process, to think that there won’t be a next time.
"There’s such a void. I know deep down you know that. You know we loved you so much and always wanted the best for you, the same way you wanted it for everyone else. I’m going to miss you, your smile, your texts, your dancing so so so much."
One of Jeff's last posts was a snap of him in a jacuzzi as he captioned the upload: "A cold plunge a day, keeps the doctor away. #coldplunge #wellness #mentalhealth"
