A model pictured with Wayne Rooney in a hotel room spent thousands on plastic surgery before she turned 21 - and says a nose job left her looking like Shrek.
The former England captain was pictured asleep in a hotel with three young women following an evening out after a night out in Manchester.
Tayler Ryan, a Snapchat model from Cumbria, Elise Melvin and Brooke Morgan were reported to be with the Derby County manager after a night of clubbing.
A video of the 21-year-old revealed she has already gone under the knife a number of times.
She even booked a boob job on her 18th birthday after taking out a big loan to fund the cosmetic surgery.
Weeks before, Tayler took to YouTube to tell her followers that she had may regrets.
She even said an op on her nose and various fillers left her looking like green cartoon ogre Shrek.
Speaking candidly on Storytime: My Plastic Surgery Journey, she also says she had lip fillers hours after she became legally allowed to.
She said: "I've had boob jobs, nose jobs and veneers.
"I got my lips done on my 18th birthday, but I massively regret getting it - it feels like my body has rejected them, they looked like balloons.
"You wouldn't believe this, but I am terrified of needles and in some of the images I look like Shrek.
"I took a loan out to get my boobs done when I turned 18, I'm now a double D, I was a B."
But in a Q&A, she says things have not always gone to plan.
She told her subscribers: "There are a lot of regrets, especially regarding my boobs. It looked like they kept growing and growing.
"I was in so much pain, they looked disgusting so I got them re-done. Then the same thing happened.
"My body is too small and I did go quite big. The implants ripped through my breast pocket and it's still on-going."
She went on: "I also got my teeth done - it was so rash, I was so stupid.
"I like my cheeks, but when you think about surgery, you should think about it - not get it done two weeks later.
"I regret getting my lips and my jaw done.
"Everyone sees this image on Instagram and think you have to look a certain way. It's the world we live in."
Tayler has more than 13,000 Instagram followers and almost 60,000 Tik Tok fans.
The photos caused a stir online and showed the married dad-of-four in a chair as the girls danced around in their underwear at a £60-a-night hotel.
One flashed her bottom next to the retired striker — then posted it online, captioning it “Mooney Rooney”.
Another photo shows one of the group posing in a G-string and baring her bottom next to Rooney’s head.
A third shows one of the women giving a peace sign next to Rooney while the other lies on the bed in her underwear with the caption ‘Sleepy Wayne’.
