MobLand plot

Hostilities commence after Eddie (Anson Boon), grandson of Irish mobster Conrad Harrigan (Brosnan) and his wife Maeve (Mirren), has a night out with Tommy, son of Conrad’s arch-rival Richie Stevenson (His Dark Materials’ Geoff Bell).
When a bloodstained Eddie returns home while Tommy disappears, Eddie’s father Kevin (House of the Dragon’s Paddy Considine) asks family fixer Harry (Tom Hardy) to cover his son’s tracks and deal with a furious Richie. However, Harry has family troubles of his own, with his wife Jan (Downton Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt) wanting the couple to have counselling.
Meanwhile, sensing a business opportunity, Conrad assembles his extended family for a meeting. But between the Harrigans’ three children and grandson, the question of who will inherit Conrad’s empire is at the back of everyone’s mind.
