All properties in Whiston had an overall average price of £156,760 over the last year, according to Rightmove’s sales data. Most homes that were sold during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £158,335.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £122,674, with detached properties fetching £235,940. While there is no specific data available for mobile homes - overall sold prices in the last 12 months were 7% up on the previous year and 3% up on the 2019 peak of £151,875.
Highlights of the mobile home include that it has recently been refurbished to a ‘high specification’ throughout. It has also had new insulated grey cladding, a fitted kitchen and new bathroom suite fitted.
Fitted wardrobes and shutters have also been installed so the new buyer will be able to move in without any major renovations needed. Images of the property also show that wood flooring , carpets and tiles have been put down across all rooms.
Outside there’s a driveway without enough parking for two cars and storage unit including a garden shed. There’s also a large patio surrounding the mobile home, with enough space for garden furniture.
