Liverpool FC star Mo Salah is one of the most charitable people in Britain, according to the Sunday Times Giving List 2022.
The LFC forward, who is ranked eighth in the list, has recently donated over 6% of his wealth to a number of beneficiaries. Salah's fortune was estimated around £41m in 2022 through his LFC wage and various sponsorship deals.
But according to the giving list the Egyptian donated £2.5m to a number of health beneficiaries.

The Sunday Times said Salah donated £2.4m to the National Cancer Institute in Cairo in 2019 after it was severely damaged by a car bomb. The star's philanthropy is one of several interventions in his homeland.
Salah and British Formula One driver Sir Lewis Hamilton are the only sportspeople to feature in the top 10. Sir Lewis has recently donated around £20m to charitable causes.
Liverpool businessman Steve Morgan also made the top 20 giving list. The Redrow founder's wealth was listed at £789m in 2022. Mr Morgan has recently donated nearly £36m, around 4.5% of his wealth, to beneficiaries including Covid-19, children, and services across the North West.
