The march to the 2023 World Series has officially begun, with the MLB playoff field set in stone following Sunday's final slate of regular season games.
With the Wild Card Series set to begin Tuesday, eight teams will battle for a spot in the AL and NL Division Series, which begin on Oct. 7. As for the remainder of the schedule, the American and National League Championship series will start on Oct. 15, with Game 1 of the World Series slated for Oct. 27.
Who will survive and advance? Only time will tell. But, for now, here’s a look at the complete postseason schedule heading into the Wild Card Series (note: AL’s Orioles (1), Astros (2); NL’s Braves (1), Dodgers (2) all have byes):
