The MLB All-Star Game, of course, is the main event in July, where we look forward to the game’s best squaring off after the appetizer that is the Home Run Derby.
But I’d argue the Futures Game is just as fun. You get to see future stars stepping to the plate and on to the mound, and the hype you already have about them then starts to skyrocket.
On Monday, Major League Baseball announced the full roster of players you’ll see face off on July 8 at T-Mobile Park in Seattle. There will be some familiar names on this list for sure:
