The White Sox have had a pretty miserable season and those bad vibes were on full display in Tuesday night’s loss to the Angels, which ended in embarrassing fashion for Chicago.
In case you missed it, the White Sox gave up the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth even though the Angels didn’t get a single hit in the final frame. Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani both walked and then both stole a base. Trout then raced home from third base on a wild pitch thrown by Aaron Bummer.

Did MLB fans have lots of obvious jokes about Bummer’s name? Yes, yes they did.
Kind of asking for it with that name. https://t.co/FkWg13YCCi
