A recent Marquette Law School poll conducted in late January and early February sheds light on President Donald Trump's approval ratings and the public's views on his early actions as he begins his second term.
According to the poll, President Trump's job performance is met with mixed reviews, with 48% of US adults approving and 52% disapproving. These ratings are consistent with other recent surveys, such as a Pew Research Center poll showing a 47% approval rating and a CBS/YouGov poll indicating 53% approval.

The survey also revealed that opinions on President Trump are divided, with 47% of Americans expressing both positive and negative views, 14% having only positive comments, and 36% having only negative remarks.
One of the key findings of the poll is the public's stance on immigration policies. While 60% of respondents support deporting immigrants living in the US illegally back to their home countries, a majority (57%) oppose deportations of immigrants who have resided in the US for years, hold jobs, and have no criminal record.
The Marquette Law School poll surveyed 1,018 US adults using a nationally representative online panel, with results having a margin of sampling error of +/-3.5 percentage points.
