Little sisters always want to be like their big sisters. That is true when it comes to Miu Miu and Prada, too. After ending its licensing deal with long-term partner Coty, Prada recently joined forces with L'Oréal. Now Miu Miu follows suit.
L'Oréal will have a hand in creating, developing and distributing beauty products for the Miu Miu label. "Over the past years, we have successfully established a very strong partnership with Prada teams," explains President of L'Oréal Luxe Cyril Chapuy. "We are now thrilled to welcome Miu Miu and unleash together its outstanding potential in beauty. With its unique positioning, fueled by limitless creativity and experimentation, Miu Miu will perfectly complement L'Oréal Luxe's portfolio of iconic brands and reinforce our worldwide leadership in Fragrances."
Miu Miu is expected to launch its first line of fragrances under the new agreement in 2025.
