Missing teenager could be in Glasgow as police launch Central Belt-wide probe

A teenager who vanished from Fife could be in Glasgow.

Jessica McMurray has been reported missing from Crail, near Anstruther with the 17-year-old said to have 'known links' in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee, according to police.

She was last seen on Wednesday. When last seen, she was wearing black leggings and a black hoody with a beige, Nike hoody on top.

She was also carrying a black, square, shoulder bag. Fife Police Division released a statement on Thursday as well as a photograph of Jessica as part of a public appeal to trace the teen.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to come forward.

It read: "Jessica McMurray, 17, has been reported missing from Crail. She has known links in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee.

"She was last wearing black leggings, black hoody with a beige, Nike hoody on top and a black, square, shoulder bag. Any information to help trace Jessica would be appreciated."
