Missing Scot 'hasn't been seen by family since August' amid police search

Police are appealing for help from the public to find a man who hasn’t been seen by his family since August.

Bruce McPake, from the St. Ninians area of Stirling, has been reported missing after failing to make contact with his loved ones.

Officers say the 49-year-old is known to frequent pubs in the city and have urged anyone with information that could help trace him to come forward.

Bruce, who wears glasses, is described as being 6ft tall, of a slim build and has short, greying brown hair.

A statement from Police Scotland said: “We are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of missing person, Bruce McPake. Bruce has not been seen by his family since August 2022.

“Bruce, 49, is from the St.Ninians area of Stirling and is known to frequent pubs in the city centre. Bruce is described as 6 foot tall, slim build with short greying brown hair and glasses.

“Any information regarding the whereabouts of Bruce should be reported via 101, quoting incident number 1972 of 17/11/22.”
