Miss Universe 2024: Who Won? Who Were the Finalists? And Everything That Happened Step by Step

Miss Denmark Victoria Kjær Theilvig was crowned today as the new Miss Universe, the first blonde woman to win the contestant in twenty years, and the first woman from her country to carry the crown.

Miss Mexico María Fernanda Beltrán and Miss Nigeria Shatu Garko are the third and second finalists, respectively.

After two weeks of activities, multiple scandals, and a lot of hard work by the contestant, the new Miss Universe succeeds Nicaragua's Sheynnis Palacios.

This year, the pageant returned to Mexico after 17 years, culminating in an evening filled with elegance, talent, and the so-called most beautiful women on the planet. Mario Lopez and Olivia Culpo hosted the gala in English, while Jacqueline Bracamontes and Danilo Carrera led the Spanish broadcast in the United States.

One of the night's most anticipated moments was the unveiling of the new crown, "Lumière de l'Infini," a masterpiece adorned with diamonds and 23 golden South Sea pearls, symbolizing infinite light and eternal beauty.

During the televised gala, these candidates walked the runway in swimsuits for the last time. Out of these, 12 will showcased their evening gowns individually before the judges, and the final semifinalists were announced.
