Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is set to make several national TV appearances in the upcoming days, as part of an increased media presence following his campaign activities post the vice-presidential debate. A Harris campaign official revealed that Walz will be featured in two national TV interviews, marking his late-night TV debut since joining the Democratic ticket. Additionally, he will engage in various digital media interactions, including a prominent pop culture podcast appearance. The official did not disclose the specific outlets or airing schedules for these interviews.

Previous notable appearances include joint interview with VP Harris and live interviews with ABC News and MSNBC.

Walz, who is the running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris, has been relatively reserved in his national media engagements. His previous notable appearances include a joint interview with Harris in August and live interviews with ABC News and MSNBC after the September presidential debate between Harris and former President Donald Trump. This is in contrast to Ohio Sen. JD Vance, the Republican counterpart, who has been more frequently interviewed by national media since joining the Republican ticket in July.

After a campaign stop in Pennsylvania, Walz is scheduled to visit Ohio for fundraising events in Cleveland and Cincinnati this Saturday before heading to the western part of the country. Subsequently, he will attend fundraisers in California and Washington, along with campaign events in Reno, Nevada, and Arizona to coincide with the commencement of early voting in the battleground state next week. Notably, a rally in Reno that was initially planned for September had to be postponed due to the Davis Fire.
