Ireland will celebrate St Patrick's Day and the 'double' Bank Holiday this week in glorious sunshine.
And temperatures will even touch the mid-to-high teens if the latest prediction from Met Éireann are anything to go by.
After a weekend which saw plenty of weather warnings and snow fall in parts of the country, people were bracing themselves for similar conditions for the week.
But a new 'dominant' system is set to sweep across the island, bringing a beautiful spell of warm weather to ring in St Patrick's Day.
Here's what the latest forecast looks like:
Monday
The week will begin with showers on Monday morning, but they will clear out early enough, allowing "good sunny spells" and highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees, according to a Met Éireann prediction.
Tuesday
The forecasters continued: "Tuesday will start dry with cloud building through the morning and rain arriving in the west by afternoon. During the afternoon and evening, rain will extend gradually eastwards. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in light to moderate southerly winds."
Wednesday
By the time we reach the middle of the week, things will start to settle down a bit.
Wednesday will be "rather cloudy with rain and drizzle clearing from the east with drier and clearer weather by evening. Highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees with light to moderate northwest breezes."
St Patrick's Day
And this is where there's great news for anyone planning to head along to a parade.
"Thursday will be a mainly dry day with some sunshine and just isolated showers early in the day. Afternoon temperatures of 12 or 13 degrees with light to moderate southwest breezes falling light southeast late," the prediction reads at the time of writing.
Friday
There's even better news for the weekend to follow, with current indications leading Met Éireann to suggest the settled spell that starts on Wednesday night will continue in to the weekend with sunshine, light winds and temperatures of 13 or 14 degrees in the afternoon.
