Despite 10 years and three children together, Mansfield Town power couple John and Carolyn Radford are still plagued by unfounded rumours of gold-digging and nepotism.
The husband and wife team, who together run and own The Stags, will be putting the record straight and spilling the beans on their marriage in Channel 5 documentary Millionaire Age Gap Love.
Married in 2012, the pair met when Carolyn, 37, landed a job at John's firm, One Call Insurance, two years before.
It only took 12 months for the Mansfield natives to fall in love and become engaged. In 2011 54-year-old John put his wife-to-be in charge of the Field Mill football club as CEO.
While some have questioned her suitability for the job, Carolyn has helped steer a club facing potential financial collapse to one that is now about to break even.
She doesn't let the jibes rain on her parade either with a 12,100 people following her gloriously over-the-top antics on Instagram.
Carolyn and hubby John will be kicking off the new series of Millionaire Age Gap Love on Tuesday, January 14 at 11.05pm. The programme was rescheduled from Thursday, January 9 after being switched at the last minute with a Harry and Meghan documentary.
Over the next few weeks the show will meet six millionaire couples who are decades apart.
