While Trout may still occasionally play in center field, his primary focus will be on mastering his new position. He acknowledged the adjustment process, saying, 'I knew it was coming, but I've just got to get used to it. I just want to be on the field.'

They obviously will try to give me days off, but I want to be out there.'
