Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin had to hilariously balance being a football coach and being a dad on Saturday at Boston College’s spring game.
As Eagles quarterback Emmett Morehead hit senior wideout Dino Tomlin, Mike Tomlin’s son, for a touchdown, the younger Tomlin put on quite an end-zone dance for the fans in the stands.
One of those fans was his dad, who had a big smile on his face as his son put six on the board during the scrimmage.
However, Tomlin joked after the game that he had mixed emotion watching his son’s touchdown dance as a coach who definitely would want his players to adapt the “been there, done that” mentality to scoring in the end zone.
The Dad in me finds this quite funny … the Coach in me … not so much! Lol. https://t.co/4YJJJ16qVI

Hey, if Tomlin the dad enjoyed his son’s hilarious touchdown dance, that’s all that matters!
The elder Tomlin’s reaction might be different if one of his players put on a show in the end zone after a touchdown, but in a college scrimmage, you can’t help but smile at somebody having a little bit of fun, especially if it’s your son.
