The Panthers are down so bad that nothing is safe, not even their “Keep Pounding” drum.
In case you have missed the rolling debacle that is the Carolina Panthers, Frank Reich is gone, Bryce Young has been struggling and fans are in the transfer portal and have stopped showing up to games.
(If you think that’s bad, through 14 games, the Panthers didn’t lead at any point during the fourth quarter. Not kidding. That’s a REAL stat.)
On Sunday, they invited former Panthers great Mike Tolbert to be the guest drum hitter to pump up the crowd. Well, it seems old habits die hard because Tolbert invoked his bruiser style of attacking things from his career and promptly broke Carolina’s rally drum.
