Mike Tindall was told off for breaking the silence during the Queen’s procession this week when Zara Tindall “shot him a look”.
The Queen’s eldest granddaughter and her husband were among those present at the Queen’s procession on Wednesday.
During the solemn moment, one royal expert said that Mike broke the silence that fell upon the procession and the couple shared a "very intimate" moment.
Mail on Sunday assistant editor Kate Mansey said that Zara “shot a look” at her husband when he cleared his throat, appearing to break the silence.
Ms Mansey said: "As the procession got closer, obviously we couldn't see it in the hall, but we could hear the bells tolling and the drums getting closer and closer and inside the hall was complete silence."

"There was a moment of levity when Mike Tindall cleared his throat and Zara, kind of, shot him a look.
"It was very intimate actually". She added that "the silence is profound".
Speaking of the moment the coffin arrived, she went on to say: "It was one of those real moments of history that, as a journalist you think, oh my goodness, I am incredibly privileged to have witnessed, right."
Zara was pictured looking emotional as she joined other members of the Royal Family at the service in Westminster Hall on Wednesday.
Mike appeared solemn as he stood by his wife of 11 years.
Both royals are expected to join other members of the family at the Queen’s state funeral on Monday 19 September.
It will be held at Westminster Abbey and is due to take place at 11am.
This evening, other members of the royal family appeared for a vigil at the Queen’s coffin in Westminster Hall.
The late monarch’s four children took part in the solemn vigil with Prince Andrew given special permission to wear military garb.
Along with King Charles, Princess Anne and Prince Edward were present at the sombre event as members of the public filed past.
Zara and Mike, along with their children Mia and Lena and a number of other royals such as James, Viscount Severn, Lady Louise Windsor, the Countess of Wessex, and Jack Brooksbank, were also in attendance.
