Mike Tindall has made a telling comment that could suggest he could spill secrets about his royal relatives during his stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.
The ex-England rugby player, who is married to the late Queen’s granddaughter Zara Tindall, has jetted into Australia to join the star-studded line-up.
He becomes the first member of the royal family to take part in the reality TV show in its 20-year history - and he has admitted that it will be his family that he misses most in the jungle.
As well as being a former rugby pro, Mike also has a podcast called The Good, The Bad and The Rugby, where he has given away details about life behind palace walls.
And in an interview before going into the I'm A Celeb camp, the 44-year-old hinted at how he could talk about his relatives.
When asked what the biggest misconception he would like to dispel going into the show, he cryptically said: "Nothing. I am an open book."
Mike married Zara – the daughter of Princess Anne - in 2011. They share three children, Mia, eight, Lena, four, and one-year-old Lucas.
He is not classed as a working royal and Buckingham Palace has refused to be drawn on whether he had to ask permission to go on the show.
Mike flew to Australia last week ahead of filming for the new show, which starts on ITV at 9pm Sunday.
He will join pop star Boy George, radio DJ Chris Moyles, ITV’s Charlene White, Love Island's Olivia Attwood and Hollyoaks hunk Owen Warner.
Coronation Street ’s Sue Cleaver, A Place In The Sun star Scarlette Douglas, stand-up comedian Babatunde Aleshe and Lioness Jill Scott complete the line-up.
But it was announced today that politician Matt Hancock would also be heading to the jungle as a late addition.
It is the first time since lockdown the show has been held Down Under, with the 2020 and 2021 series taking place at Gwrych Castle North Wales due to Covid restrictions.
As Mike landed in Australia he revealed he and his wife Zara have a special connection to the country.
The couple first met in 2003 at the Manly Wharf bar in Sydney while Mike was playing for England during that year's Rugby World Cup and Zara was on a gap year.
It is thought Mike got Zara's number from his teammate Austin Healy and they kept in touch, becoming 'official' in 2004.
He said: "Australia is a special place yeah I met Zara in Sydney. There is no holiday planned at the moment afterwards. If there was I wouldn't tell you either!"
