Mike Tindall and his royal wife Zara managed to bag some of the best seats in the house for the King's Coronation, but he has admitted he wasn't very pleased with them.
The I'm A Celebrity star married Zara Tindall, King Charles' niece, in 2011. Despite she and Mike being seated in the fourth row behind the likes of Prince Harry, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, Mike has complained about their 'frustrating' and restricted view during the ceremony.
As reported by the Mirror, Mike confessed on his podcast The Good, The Bad and The Rugby, Mike confessed: "You're in the hottest spot, but it's happening all around the corner where you can't see! You do have a front-row seat, but..."
He then added to co-hosts Alex Payne and James Haskell: "It was unbelievable being sat there, but frustrating".
Mike explained that he was instead able to see some of the ceremony on a screen that had been attached to one of the Abbey's pillars.
The couple were placed together in Westminster Abbey in the same row as Princess Anne's son, Peter Phillips.
Mike's complaint came just days after he shared some hilarious behind-the-scenes snaps from the Coronation which featured a much-loved tradition from the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Reflecting on the historical weekend, he shared the images of the Coronation celebrations including the ceremony itself and the concert afterwards.
In one of the cheeky snaps that Mike shared on Instagram, he can be seen jokingly wearing Zara's fascinator just as he did during the Jubilee last year.
The images show Mike smiling as he poses in a morning suit on the day of the Coronation on May 6 while sporting his wife's light blue hat on his head.
Mike also shared a selfie of him and Zara as well as an image with Zara's older brother, Peter as they both smiled outside of Westminster Abbey.
His caption read: "It's been an unbelievable 10 days!!! #coronation #jamierobertstestimonial #tindallgolf #ibiza time to sleep!! @jamiehuwroberts @goodbadrugby @tindallgolf @stereophonicsofficial @thelondonessentials."
Last week, the royal couple were spotted looking happy in love as they participated in a charity golfing event.
Zara and Mike were seen leaning on each other as they smiled for the camera while playing at the Belfry resort near Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Tindall hosted his 10th annual charity event in aid of Cure Parkinson's as well as the Matt Hampson Foundation and other celebs including the likes of James Nesbitt, Ronan Keating and Denise Van Outen also attended.
