Miguel Almiron appeared to give a cheeky nod to his disagreement with Jack Grealish after Newcastle United's 3-3 draw with Manchester City on Sunday. The Paraguayan left the pitch to a standing ovation in the closing stages before returning to the pitch after the full-time whistle.
As Almiron and his team-mates walked around the St. James' Park turf after the game, a young fan asked for his shirt with a sign that read: "Miggy, can Grealish have your shirt?" Almiron duly obliged by taking his top off and handing it to the young Magpies supporter.
Grealish caused offence during Manchester City's title parade earlier this year by saying Riyad Mahrez should have been substituted for 'playing like Almiron'. The comment caused outrage among Newcastle supporters who weren't keen on the unprovoked jibe.

Almiron also did his talking on the pitch on Sunday, finding the net in the first-half for Newcastle. The winger missed a glorious chance to level the scoring before making no mistake at the second time of asking moments later.
Grealish missed the Tyneside tie, with Pep Guardiola admitting he was injured. "We were lucky it was just a little damage to his ligament but not much. He feels better, but not ready for today," Guardiola told Sky Sports ahead of their visit to St James' Park.
Almiron earned praise from Newcastle supporters after his City showing. Eddie Howe was also full of praise for the former Atlanta man in his post-match press conference.
"I think he's carried on his pre-season form into the season," he said. "I think the three games he's had he's been magnificent for us. On and off the ball I think he's been very, very solid.
"I'm so pleased he got his goal today and what a gesture from the supporters. They're very understanding, very knowledgable, very caring towards the players.
"That will have been a lovely touch for Miggy. It was really appreciated and it was great to see him get the goal with that acknowledgment from the fans."
