The Spartans are heading into year two of the Adam Nightingale era, an era of Spartan hockey that appears to be very promising. In year one, Nightingale led the Spartans to the NCAA Tournament bubble, with a record of 18-18-2, MSU had its most competitive season in a longtime.
Now in year two, with some massive transfer additions and roster improvements, there is a lot to be excited for and for the hope that the Spartans can take another step in the right direction and maybe even make the NCAA Tournament.
