Another new fixture of college football in the modern era is that players now have to announce when they aren’t transferring, because it’s become such a common thing to do. We’ve seen Nick Marsh and Kris Phillips essentially do that so far this offseason, and now, freshman defensive back Justin Denson will follow suit, confirming his return to the Spartans on Sunday.
Denson, a former 3-star, had ten tackles in 2024.
