Michelle Williams has teased the possibility of a Destiny's Child reunion, with her describing the ongoing popularity of the band as "really kind of awesome."
The singer, 42, and her bandmates Beyoncé Knowles, 40, and Kelly Rowland, 41, haven't released an album together for almost two decades, since Destiny Fulfilled in 2004.
The trio disbanded two years later and have reunited several times in subsequent years, most recently when Beyoncé headlined Coachella festival back in 2018.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the women to get back together and reform the band, with Michelle having teased the possibility of them doing just that recently.
Asked if there is a chance of a reunion, she told the New York Post recently that whilst it's "never" spoken about between them, she suspects it will happen at some point.
"When the time is right, it will naturally come up in conversation somehow. We have fun together when we do decide to work with each other in that capacity," she said.
Michelle said that she doesn't think her former bandmates are "opposed" to reuniting, but suggested that it's simply a case of finding the "right opportunity" for it.

She further commented in the interview: "We haven't had an official album out together in 17 years and for the questions to be asked now is really kind of awesome."
The singer said that being asked such questions all these years later makes her "reflective" of the impact that the group have made on the world and the music industry.
Michelle - who joined the group in 2000 following the departure of LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett - also revealed that her, Beyoncé and Kelly have group chats.
During the recent interview, Michelle was asked about the chemistry and sisterhood shared between the trio - who are the best known line-up of Destiny's Child.
She said that there is "true love" between the women, further describing Beyoncé and Kelly as her "soulmates" - even more than a decade after the group disbanded.
Over the course of their career, the band won numerous accolades including three Grammy Awards and is considered one of the best-selling female groups of all time.
