Michelle Wie has officially gone West.
The five-time LPGA Tour champion got married on Saturday to Jonnie West, an executive for the Golden State Warriors and the son of NBA legend Jerry West, in Beverly Hills.
As you might expect, several current LPGA players and legends were in attendance. Danielle Kang and Alison Lee posted photos on their Instagram accounts from Wie’s big day. Meg Mallon and Beth Daniel were also invited, according to a post from Alison Walshe.
The 29-year-old was in the midst of a comeback when the couple got engaged back in March, but announced in June that she was taking the rest of year off to finally get healthy, a move that may just give her the best chance to compete past the age of 30.
Wie teased the nuptials all weekend long on her Instagram story, sharing a a photo of what appeared to be a bridal party golf outing at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles that featured the likes of NBA stars Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala and CBS Sports’ Amanda Balionis.
