Michelle Keegan showed off her natural beauty as she took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse into her morning routine. The former Coronation Street actress is currently in Australia where she is working on her latest TV project.
She hasn't been back to the UK since she jetted off to Oz to film her latest project in May. She will star in the new BBC drama Ten Pound Poms, created by Bafta-award winner Danny Brocklehurst who she has previously worked with on the Sky comedy drama Brassic and BBC drama series Ordinary Lies.
Michelle, from Stockport, will lead the six-part series alongside Games Of Thrones star Faye Marsay and Luther actor Warren Brown. The drama will follow a group who have been promised a better quality of life in Australia for only £10, leaving behind post-war Britain.
The former soap star, who played Tina McIntyre in Corrie from 2008 to 2014 and now plays Erin Croft in the Sky comedy drama Brassic, will play a young nurse called Kate in the new drama, who arrives in Australia without her fiance and will do whatever it takes to “rewrite her devastating past”, the BBC said.
But in between working on the new show, Michelle has been able to enjoy what life has to offer Down Under. And it's clearly doing wonders as she looked glowing in her latest Instagram clip. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, she gave her six million followers an insight into her ultra-healthy morning ritual.
The 35-year-old was seen in nothing but a towel as she made her morning coffee which saw her stir in a collagen supplement. She then followed the clip with an intimate selfie in nothing but a towel as she showed off her glowing makeup-free skin. But Michelle did accessorise her casual look with a delicate gold necklace and dainty gold hoop earrings.
Commenting on her morning ritual, she wrote: "So simple, & it sets me up for the day." Michelle previously revealed her usual morning setup to Cosmopolitan, telling the magazine that she religiously downs a pint of water before she starts her day.
Back In July Michelle Instagrammed a photo of herself looking smiley and bronzed as she relaxed with an espresso martini and she drew compliments for her summery look - a pretty floral print outfit with her honeyed tresses worn down around her shoulders. Michelle, who kept her makeup to a natural palette with a nude lip and bronzed cheeks, added a pop of colour with a pink manicure.
"Like butter wouldn't melt then along come the espresso martinis," she captioned the picture. And some fans did a double take as she reminded them of two Hollywood superstars. @alexmackenzie78 told her: "You're starting to look a bit like Julia Roberts in her prime." And @natalie.j.jones said: "For a split second I thought you were JLO."
Michelle's husband Mark has recently shared details of his trip to visit his wife of seven years as they adapted to a long-distance relationship. "We were based in Sydney and Bondi Beach, but Michelle was working a lot so we didn’t really leave the city that much," the former TOWIE star, 35, told Hello! "We did go to the Northern Beaches and had lots of nice meals and I also climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge."
