Michelle Keegan - and her hair stylist, have been flooded with compliments after she showed off her new bouncy hair transformation. The actress was all smiles in the salon as she enjoyed some much-need pamper time amid a busy working schedule.
Michelle, who shot to fame appearing in Coronation Street, took to Instagram in February to declare 'the secrets out' as she announced she would be joining the cast of Fool Me Once, the new Netflix adaptation of bestselling author Harlan Coben's book. Michelle revealed the news to her followers with a photo of her posing at a poolside in a bikini with the bestselling book in hand.
Another snap showed a sign which read 'Maya', indicating her character's name, as well as an exclusive photo of her filming in action. Alongside the pictures she wrote: "Finally the secrets out!! I'm over the moon to be joining the cast of FOOL ME ONCE, a @netflixuk thriller based on the book by the extremely talented @harlancoben. Here we gooooo…"

She has since been sharing little snippets into her days filming for the new series. But Michelle, who played Tina McIntyre in Corrie and left the soap in the most dramatic fashion in 2014 when her character was killed off, found time for herself and nipped to get her tresses tended to.
The 35-year-old modelled her new shorter and layered look on Instagram and seemed pretty pleased with the result both in the clip and when she reshared it to her millions of followers with a string of read hearts on her Instagram Story. Hair stylist Calum Tierney shared the transformation on his profile, showing Michelle's new hair.
The images showed the Brassic star posing for the camera, wearing an oversized grey jumper with 'Paris; emblazoned on it which she paried with a black leggings and accessorised with a gold necklace. Michelle, who is married to former TOWIE star Mark Wright, previously sported long locks dark locks but smiled as she showed off her new do which now reaches just below her shoulders and boasts lighter tones.
Describing Michelle's new look as a 'colour contour', the former soap star was quick to respond to the post, writing in the comments: "Best of the best." And Callum's followers as well as fans of Michelle were also keen to share their thoughts. @alarabrowdesign said: "Your work is INSANE!!"

It comes after Michelle said she has been 'sold the dream' while filming for her new Netflix series. She was joking while filming in what she thought would warmer climes than the spring weather in the UK as she shared a snap of herself abroad in the sunshine. However, even though she donned flip-flops she ended up wrapping up in a warm coat coat with a warm fleecy lining to ward off the cold.
Sharing snaps and video on her Instagram Stories the actress from Stockport simply wrote: "Windy AF." With a video clip of herself appearing to be shivering and grimacing, she wrote drily: "I've been wearing flip flops and a warm coat ..." and she added jokingly: "Been sold a dream again."
