Michelle Heaton has been through ever such a lot over the past decade, but she has now issued an update on her health after going under the knife because cruel trolls pointed out her "lumpy breast".
Last year, the brunette beauty bravely spoke about her battle with alcoholism and drugs and has previously undergone a mastectomy and reconstruction following a breast cancer scare.
Speaking to new! magazine about her surgery, the former Liberty X star said that recovery is going "really well" and opened up about how pleased she is with her new boobs after the surgery.
She admitted that although everything is going swimmingly, she does however feel irritated and frustrated because she can't do the workouts and exercises she wants – only mild cardio is possible at the moment.
When the publication asked her about how the surgery came about, Michelle explained that she she got her mastectomy and reconstruction 10 years ago, she was told that it would only last around decade.
She elaborated: "So I knew it was coming to the end of the shelf life and I had been in and out of my GP's last year checking it."
To celebrate her recovery from addiction, Michelle took part in a photoshoot to show off her transformation after she ditched the booze and drugs following an intervention.
But cruel trolls took aim at her appearance when she uploaded videos and snaps from a photoshoot that was designed to focus on her health and sobriety.
Speaking to the magazine, Michelle said: "When I did that photoshoot, the video [from the shoot] was uploaded and the comments came in thick and fast about an area of my breast that I hadn't really acknowledged."
Pinpointing the comment she told the magazine: "It said something like, 'Look at her. If I were her I'd be more worried about her breast looking like it's exploded.'"
After realising that it looked a little dodgy, she went to her GP and they thought that it might be leaking, which led to her going under the knife, with Michelle getting the implant being taken out.
Although the comment came across as being nasty, she later dubbed it a "saviour".
When she first had the reconstruction surgery following her mastectomy, they used an implant underneath the muscle "as well as using something called strattice, which fills the area and is like a mesh" she explained to new! magazine.
She opened up further to the publication and said: "Recently, they found out from an ultrasound that the mesh had grown into my skin. They couldn't get the mesh out so they had to leave it and just remove the implants, which meant they would be left with a pocket to fill."
With her breasts completely finished, she told new! that the scars are a little longer than they were before, but overall feels happy with how it all turned out.
