Michail Antonio made a surprise appearance on Match of the Day 2 on Sunday night - just hours after playing a Premier League game.
Antonio, 32, was introduced in the 57th minute of West Ham's 1-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford. Marcus Rashford's first-half header was enough to secure the win for the hosts, with David de Gea making a number of saves to thwart the Hammers.
Antonio took the unusual decision to stay near Old Trafford after the fixture to appear on the BBC's flagship football show, which is filmed in Salford. Current players often make punditry appearances, but it's rare for someone to do so on the same day as a fixture.
Match of the Day 2 host Mark Chapman promised "fresh insight" from Antonio at the beginning of the programme and the West Ham forward didn't disappoint, providing expert analysis alongside full-time pundits Jermaine Jenas and Micah Richards.
Antonio offered his view on Arsenal's 5-0 win against Nottingham Forest and then discussed West Ham's defeat to United. "It was a very frustrating game," he admitted. "You know those games where you feel, 'We definitely deserved something from it'.
"But at the end of the day, this is football and this is why people love it... We had so many opportunities, De Gea was on fire today, Harry Maguire put his body on the line - obviously he's just come in because of the injury to [Raphael] Varane. He's come in and he did well today, as well. It's just one of those days."

When asked by Chapman if West Ham can take any positives from the defeat, Antonio said: "We definitely take the positives. We're at Old Trafford and we've had so many opportunities.
"We're definitely down because we should have had something, but we've gone in [to the dressing room] and gone, 'You know what - next week, we'll get three [points] - because we believe we could've got three today, we could have got something, we could have won the game. But it just happens, it's football - move on to the next."
Antonio was also asked for his opinion on Declan Rice's decision to shoot instead of playing the ball to him in space on the left wing. The midfielder smashed a fierce effort from around 30 yards out to force De Gea into a stunning save.
Antonio said: "If he does not connect with the ball like he does there, I'm going, 'He's got to give me the ball' - because I've got like 20 yards to myself. But I can't say anything to him right now because that shot was unbelievable and it was a great save from De Gea."
As Antonio mentioned, West Ham will be hoping to pick up three points in their next Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace at home next Sunday. The Hammers have four games remaining in all competitions before the World Cup starts next month.
Antonio is one of West Ham's most experienced players after scoring 65 goals in 245 appearances for the club since his move from Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2015. He's won seven senior caps for Jamaica since making his international debut last year.
